and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) in connection with the use of the website www.de-medici.info, the booking of appointments and the purchase of services and vouchers.
Any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall not apply unless the Provider has expressly agreed to their application in writing.
Services and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer (invitatio ad offerendum). By submitting an appointment booking or order, the Customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the booking or order, usually by email. Appointment confirmations are subject to availability.
Prices and Payment
The prices shown on the website or in the booking system at the time of booking apply, including statutory VAT where applicable.
- Stripe – Stripe Payments Europe Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland
- PayPal – PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg
In the event of default in payment, the statutory provisions (§§ 286 et seq. BGB) apply. The Provider is entitled to charge default interest of 5 percentage points above the applicable base interest rate (for business customers: 9 percentage points).
Appointments, Cancellation and No-Show
Appointments agreed with the Provider are binding. The following rules apply:
- Free cancellation: Cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment are free of charge.
- Late cancellation: For cancellations within 24 hours, 40% of the treatment price will be charged.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed price will be charged unless the Customer proves that no damage or significantly lower damage occurred.
- Late arrival: The treatment can only be carried out within the remaining time. If the treatment is shortened by at least half, the full price (100%) is due.
Statutory rights of withdrawal and the consumer right of withdrawal pursuant to § 11 remain unaffected.
Vouchers and Value Cards
- Validity period: Vouchers are transferable. For vouchers purchased before 08/06/2026, the statutory regular limitation period of 3 years from the end of the year of purchase applies (§§ 195, 199 BGB). A voucher purchased in December 2025 is valid until 31 December 2028.
- Shortened validity for newly purchased vouchers: For vouchers purchased from 08/06/2026 onwards, due to the planned closure or transfer of the business on 31/05/2028, the redemption period is limited to and including 31/05/2028. After this date, redemption at De Medici Movement Spa Club / Urbanowicz Izabela will no longer be possible. Customers will be expressly informed of this shortened validity period before completing the purchase.
- No retroactive shortening: Vouchers purchased before 08/06/2026 remain unaffected by the shortened validity period.
- Timely redemption: Appointments are subject to availability. Customers are requested to redeem vouchers in good time before the validity period expires, ideally no later than 4 weeks before 31/05/2028.
- No cash payment: Redemption for cash is excluded unless there is a mandatory statutory entitlement.
- No combination with discounts: Vouchers cannot be combined with discounted services, time-limited offers or percentage-based promotions.
- Remaining balance: Any remaining balance remains valid until the expiry of the validity period.
- Loss and misuse: Loss or theft is at the Customer’s risk; the Provider is not liable for misuse by third parties.

- External platforms: This applies in particular to bookings via Groupon, Treatwell, GetYourGuide and comparable third-party providers.
